Beginning on the first Sunday in Lent (Feb. 26), we will introduce a new 9am worship service called This Little Light for 0-6 year olds and their families.

This Little Light is a worship service for families with young children that engages everyone’s senses through the practice of  the core elements of the Episcopal liturgy – the Word of God and the Holy Eucharist.   Over time, the children and their parents will learn the prayers, the songs and understand how God is moving in their lives and the world around them through interactive Biblical storytelling.

We believe that there is value in worshiping together as a family, and in doing so there is the possibility of seeing and experiencing the awe and wonder of God through worship while planting the seeds of God’s love for us that last a lifetime.

This Little Light was developed at Church of the Holy Apostles in Brooklyn and we are excited to introduce it at Zion.
